yogaOn Sunday 13th October Shivapriya will be offerring a yoga workshop at The Hub at 6pm, focusing on wellbeing and self-help for back and joint pain. She will go through some easy but deep postures that you can use in your home practice.  After yoga at 8pm join Shivapriya for mantras and kirtan. A kirtan, sometimes referred to as sankirtana (literally, “collective performance”), is a call-and-response chanting or musical conversation, a genre of religious performance arts that developed during India’s bhakti devotional traditions.
