Join Cosy Corner Yoga for a Spring Morning of Rejuvenating Yoga and self care, energizing and healing as we had towards the warmer months. This is a great way to start your weekend and be ready for the week ahead, create time to breathe and relax just for you.. A mixed ability hatha yoga session, focused on stretching, creating space within our physical bodies, pranayama and relaxation followed by a healing Gong Bath.
Come along and experience an Integral Yoga Class at 9.45am until 12.30pm where, after an initial warm up, we will explore various asanas (postures) restorative hatha flowing yoga followed by deep relaxation and revitalise with Pranayama (mixed ability class).
After a short break, there will be an opportunity for you to relax and bathe in the sonic vibrations of a gentle Gong Bath from 11am until 12pm with singing bowls and gongs. Aromatherapy hand creams and eye pillows provided.
Whilst having a Gong sound bath your body will naturally tune in and create a resonance with the sound. Each Gong works on a different part of yourself. Energetically, emotionally, Spiritually, and physically, there is no part that will not receive the sound. When we calm the mind it enables us to see clearer and relax into a theta state of healing. It is also a wonderful way to relieve anxiety, stress and totally relax. This process can be deeply life-changing and profound.
Cost:- Full event £20. Gong bath only £10. Yoga only £10.
